2022 Biennial Convention and Occupational Meetings

Theme: Relax, Relate, Renew
Dates: August 12-14, 2022
Location: Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina

The weekend will consist of a variety of events such as a carnival, workshops, guest speakers, and Casino Night. The theme for Casino Night is 1920’s Harlem Nights – please come dressed in your best 1920’s attire!

Accommodations will be provided upon request for members (i.e. ASL interpreter, guides, etc). Requests for accommodations can be made via the RSVP registration. There will not be room sharing this year in the interests of safety. It is important to register as soon as possible as space will be limited due to COVID restrictions.

Please note airline tickets will not be purchased by the Local. Members will be responsible for purchasing air travel in advance. At the conclusion of the convention, reimbursements will be paid up to $400.00 depending on mileage.

No Travel Authorization is needed. Union leave is not being covered for the event.

Festivities on Friday will start at 6:30 pm with a meet-and-greet event!

If there is a cancelation, the waitlisted member will be notified, and a link for registration will be emailed.
