Napa State Hospital Union Day

Join us for Union Day at Napa State Hospital on Wednesday, May 31, 2023! Lunch will be provided to dues paying members at the General Membership Meeting held during lunch time, followed by unit visits to speak with represented employees. Attendance via Zoom is also an option, please see the link below.
The General Membership Meeting will be joined by AFSCME Council 57’s Organizing Director, Shane Anderson, AFSCME Council 57 Business Agent, Rafa Garcia, President Dr. Sonia Ruiz, Rehabilitation/Recreation Occupational Chair, Chelsea Harris, and Steward, Alexa Ferrera. Additionally, we expect attendance from some of our other Occupational Chairs, if availability permits. During the meeting we will be providing general updates and announcements, informing everyone of upcoming events to be aware of, information on current organizing efforts, how to get involved, and more. Additionally, we will take some time to address any of your general questions and concerns.
